How long before I see results?
Results depend on your industry, your starting position, and your goals, so we don't promise specific outcomes or timelines. What we do promise is process: we set realistic expectations with you at the start, report progress honestly from day one, and recommend adjustments as we learn what resonates with your audience.
Do I need to create content myself?
No. We handle content creation, writing, scheduling, and publishing. We will occasionally ask for your input on specific topics, your perspective on industry news, or your approval on content that represents your personal expertise. The more you contribute, the more authentic the content, but we can run the operation with minimal time from you.
What if I already have social media accounts?
We audit your existing accounts, optimize profiles, and build on what you already have. We never ask you to start over unless there's a specific reason (such as a compromised account or a brand name change).
Can I approve content before it goes live?
Yes. Every plan includes an approval workflow. You can review content before it publishes, provide feedback, and approve or request changes. For clients who prefer a hands-off approach, we can operate with periodic review instead of per-post approval.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep everything. Your accounts, your followers, your content, your email subscriber list. We provide a full handoff package with documentation so you or your next provider can continue without disruption.
Do you handle paid advertising?
Our core service is organic social media and email marketing. Paid advertising (boosted posts, social ads, Google Ads) is available as an add-on for clients on Growth and Pro plans.
How do you handle email compliance?
We run email with a compliance-aware process: opt-in discipline, prompt unsubscribe processing, bounce handling, sender authentication, and sender-reputation best practices. We verify and warm up your sending domain before sending any volume. We don't guarantee deliverability or provide legal advice, and final compliance review of your program remains with you and your counsel.
Can you manage multiple locations?
Yes. Our system supports multi-location businesses with location-specific content, separate social profiles per location, and unified reporting across all locations.
